Товч агуулга:Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) have emerged globally as an effective mechanism for delivering infrastructure and public services by leveraging private sector expertise, efficiency, and financing capacity. In developing and resource-dependent economies such as Mongolia, PPPs represent a strategic instrument to bridge infrastructure gaps, diversify funding sources, and enhance service quality without imposing excessive fiscal burdens on the state. This monograph provides a comprehensive analysis of the conceptual foundations, institutional framework, legal environment, and practical implementation of PPPs in Mongolia.
