Товч агуулга:The main outsourcing of state tasks from the central administration presents both the executive and the legislature with new challenges. Despite the parliamentary influence on the management and control of outsourced units, which is significant from a democratic point of view, the corresponding parliamentary instruments have only been used from the perspective of members of parliament up to now. The current work is one of the most important topics in the theory of public corporate governance in the Bundeswehr in Switzerland and the interaction between the Federal Council and Parliament in the management and control of the federal level. The work focuses on the federal parliament and offers a comprehensive overview of parliamentary instruments in the field of public corporate governance and evaluates the instruments from the persistence of members of the federal parliament. The author shared interviews with members of parliaments and merged content with insights from existing posts on the topic.
