The current work is one of the most important topics in the theory of public corporate governance in the Bundeswehr in Switzerland and the interaction between the Federal Council and Parliament in the management and control of the federal level. The work focuses on the federal parliament and offers a comprehensive overview of parliamentary instruments in the field of public corporate governance and evaluates the instruments from the persistence of members of the federal parliament. The author shared interviews with members of parliaments and merged content with insights from existing posts on the topic. |
