Товч агуулга:This book, like many of the previous works I have edited, is a collaborative endeavour, with many people involved in the creation of the content. The volume is the first summary of one of the internationally renowned fields of Hungarian Oriental studies, Mongolian studies, the related scholarly oeuvres, the educational, scientific and cultural attainment, the statistics, which have been achieved within its parent institution, the university of Hungary founded in 1635, the present ELTE Eötvös Loránd University. In conclusion, this book provides a foundation for present and future generations to turn to as a primary source, who will hopefully supplement and spin on the history of Mongolian studies and its parent institution, the Department of Mongolian and Inner Asian Studies at ELTE Eötvös Loránd University.
