Partial contents:The International Encyclopedia of Comparative Law, published in 17 volumes, is co-authored by world-wide recognized leading specialists of the topics covered by the respective volume. Volume III contains 32 comparative analyses of the various aspects of the conflict of laws. Thirteen chapters deal with general aspects while 19 chapters are devoted to specific fields (with major contributions on the law applicable to marriage, contracts and restrictions on competition).
