Товч агуулга:In view of the inadequate financial situation of public budgets, Public Private Partnerships (PPP) are being discussed as a possible solution to ensure the provision of services in different areas of responsibility. The study deals with the spread and legal regulation of PPP in Germany. It comprehensively describes the historical phases and the current scope of this form of cooperation. In addition, she typifies the different forms of public-private partnerships and analyzes their emergence as well as internal regulation patterns. Subsequent to the dissemination of corresponding local practices and their evaluation, the discursive and interest-oriented political processes in the German and European multi-level system are examined, on which an institutionalization of public-private partnerships is based. The dedicated political science study thus contributes to a renaissance in the investigation of power and decision-making processes in the current governance debate.
