Товч агуулга:Andrea Walter examines opportunities and challenges for local government in local policymaking with clubs and associations using the example of a case municipality. It illustrates the role of local government and the importance of rules of interaction and the local context. On this basis, she develops a model of administrative governance. She places her findings in the context of local governance, cooperative administrative action and questions of legitimacy. The author thus sheds light on a facet of local government that has received little attention up to now, which is primarily considered to be a political assistant. A significant part of their work at the local level includes interaction with (organized) civil society - this is all the more true in times of tight budgets and increasing participatory processes.
