Товч агуулга:In order to contribute to discussions about possible amendments to the Constitution, we have studied some proposals in this regard with special attention. Furthermore, some issues of constitutional significance require further in-depth study to gather basic data. We discuss these at the end of our report. Our report should thus be considered the beginning of a process of assessment rather than the final word.
