Товч агуулга:Company Law is not philosophy; one cannot just sit in an office and write without khowing what is going on in the corporate and legal worlds. Both law and practice march on inexorably. For a textbook to remain relevant it must be kept current. I could not do this. It is impossible for one to keep abreast of matters in Singapore when separated by a continent,the internet and e-mail notwithstanding. Hence, the necessity to involve a team of authors to revise the work.
